Completely excellent

Completely excellent! The shower part I needed was easily found and well illustrated. The price was as good as/better than others. Ordering was easy but best of all, it arrived the next day! 15 minutes later; job done, shower working; wife happy! What more could you ask for.

Hi I ordered an Aqualisa processor on the 30 May 2022
The order was delivered 1 June and fitted the same week, the processor was making a very loud clicking sound when shower was in use
When my customer return from thier break they informed me the shower did not work
I emailed you on 7 July to be told not you problem

Delivered product quickly and well packaged, due to an error on my part I had to return the product,the return process was quick and simple and my money was refunded promptly.
I had to place another order for the correct item , which arrived in a couple of days.
I would use this company again.
